The guys from OCC head to Phoenix, Arizona to surprise the winner of the first American Chopper FANtasy bike: chopper-lover Jeff Clegg. Back at the shop, Paulie and the gang get to work fabricating the one-of-kind, custom ride – a camo-colored creation inspired by Jeff's days in the Army. And when the project's complete, the lucky winner stops by to pick up his bike, tour the OCC shop and sample some BBQ at Senior's house.

Deep in the heart of Texas, the OCC crew sits down with Susan Morisset – the second FANtasy bike winner – and learns that she has some very definite ideas about her custom chopper.
