While the guys work on Joseph's custom creation – an old school bike with a few new school twists – the lucky winner leaves sunny California and heads to chilly Orange County, where he gets the chance to go snowmobiling with all of the guys.

The guys visit the final FANtasy bike winner – a born-and-raised chopper-lover who was left a paraplegic by a car accident – and come away with a new set of challenges. They must create a trike-style chopper – something that's never been done at OCC – and infuse it with their trademark attitude and style. But as the deadline for this trying project approaches, Paulie wonders if they'll be able to pull it off.
