Tim and Karen Panec have been married three years and are currently expecting their first child. Tim works in software development at Walt Disney and Karen is a fifth grade teacher. After deciding to have a child, they quickly became pregnant, but later miscarried. This, however, didn't discourage the Panecs and after trying again, were successful and are now expecting a boy. Tim, while from a large family, doesn't have much experience with children and is a bit nervous about the idea of becoming a father. Karen has a sister who is due a few weeks before her and a sister-in-law that just had a baby. So she's counting on getting lots practice before her own bundle of joy arrives.
