Pam and Tom have been married for eight years and are the parents of three year-old Marlee. Pregnant with their second little girl, Pam is the director of Public Relations at a hospital and Tom has worked in Graphic Design. After an upsetting incident with a nanny, Pam and Tom realized that nobody could take care of their daughter as well as they could. The family decided to make some changes with Pam keeping her job at the hospital and Tom becoming a stay-at-home dad. Although they never envisioned their lives this way, Pam and Tom are confident they'll give their two little girls positive role models, proper supervision and an extremely loving environment to grow up in.
