Meet a couple that met on a blind date, were engaged three months later and began working on a family on their wedding night. Unfortunately, Steve and Ceci were unable to conceive and began six months of artificial insemination and a series of infertility tests. It turned out Ceci had endometriosis and scar tissue, however thanks to corrective surgery she's finally became pregnant.
The couple calls their pregnancy a "miracle baby." However, their biggest concern is how a baby will impact their self-described home-zoo. Ceci and Steve own four enormous cats and two large dogs – they plan to discuss this change with the family vet.
Ceci and Steve both come from homes in which their parents were very involved in their upbringing. Because this couple is a bit older, they feel more sure of who they are and can bring a strong sense of love and security to their children.
